I just found this lovely 2 Rai plot of land in the Nathai area. The land has a Chanote title and is for sale for only 6,000,000 Baht. Nathai area is between Ao Nang and Krabi and is getting more popular with people who want a nice, scenic, peaceful location for a house. The views are coconut palms and limestone mountains. I have been busy recently looking for new houses for rent ( and for sale ) because the high Season is coming up and i know that a lot of people want to come and spend a few months in the sun in Ao Nang.  I have just added more houses this week to the Longstay Section. Here are a couple of them.
