The Concept:
Amatapura is a fully serviced and managed, gated
beachfront community with only 27 villas built to the highest standards.

outside traffic. The property is intentionally set back 100 meters from
the main public highway and is accessible only by an 8-meter wide
private driveway.
Southern architectural features are ingeniously
integrated into the designs. Five different villa designs are offered,
each design with distinguished characteristics and with a substantial
private pool plus a 30-meter long community pool. Every room is designed
to fully capitalize on natural beauty of the surrounding sea and

are wide open to the Andaman Sea and are fully air-conditioned, when
needed.
All villa owners will have available a rental pool to
be operated by world-class hotel operator as a 5 star resort to insure
round-the-clock professional service and upkeep at the highest possible
standards. For owners who wish to join the rental pool, we will offer an
attractive return on investment . For those not wishing to rent out
their villas, basic services will be included. Services, such as villa
cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping services will be offered on a
fee-for-service basis.
House Designs:
14 Semi Detached Pool Villas. Each of
the four semi-detached buildings is set atop on a 4-metre high bluff,
thus offering unlimited views of the iconic Krabi Sea over the rooftops
of the beachfront pool villas. Starting from at least 3370 square feet
(313 square metres) of living space, most of the spacious semi-detached
villas have all three bedrooms with unobstructed ocean views. Most
villas also have a six-metre high vaulted living room ceiling.
13 Beachfront Villas. Each of the fourteen
3-bedroom beachfront pool villas is an ingenious blend of subtle
southern Thai culture and modern Western influences. Starting from at
least 4,260 square feet (396 square metres) of living space, all
bedrooms have an en-suite bath and boast an unobstructed view of the
ocean. Every beachfront pool villa has a private infinity-edge swimming
pool with a breathtaking view and comfortable deck. The living and
adjoining dining rooms open to a large pool deck area, another feature
of indoor-outdoor seamless living integration.
Prices:
Prices range from 24,500,000 baht for a 332sqm villa
on a 170sqm plot, to 48,500,000 for a 488sqm villa on 1,040sqm plot.
